个人简介： 主要研究方向为战略管理与人力资源管理，坚持学术研究与社会应用紧密结合，积极对接新兴产业发展需求，注重产学研深度融合，在学科团队建设、校企合作与国际交流等方面取得扎实成果。以第一作者或通讯作者发表国内外学术论文16篇，其中含SSCI一区论文3篇、SCI三区论文2篇、SSCI&SCI双检索三区论文1篇，独立出版专著1部；主持省部级科研项目7项、委办级项目2项，以第二完成人参与省部级课题30余项，作为负责人承接政府及企事业单位委托项目近20项，同时以第三完成人身份参与国家社会科学基金重大项目、一般项目各1项（均已结题），2020年相关研究成果获上海市政府发展研究中心批示采纳。学术兼职包括复旦大学全球科创人才发展研究中心成员，获批中国科技部2022年度科技智库青年人才计划；教学方面，2021年主持《组织行为学》课程思政建设项目，2023年主持的《AI赋能〈招聘情景模拟〉》荣获全国教学创新实践大赛三等奖。 | |
